2023 Mercedes-AMG GT: Specifications, price, release date

The Mercedes-AMG team tests the 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT in harsh winter conditions.

At the front end, the two camouflaged prototypes are equipped with a Panamericana grille, AMG-style air intakes and new headlights.

At the rear end, there are horizontally mounted LED lights, a new spoiler and quad tailpipes.

The 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT is equipped with a 11.9-inch touchscreen in the cabin. This system will be offered with the MBUX infotainment system. It will also have a voice control feature.

A 4.0-liter V8 unit will power the 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT. This unit can produce 470 hp and 700 Nm of torque in the 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT 55. The 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 version produces 577 hp and 800 Nm of torque.Another engine option is the plug-in hybrid unit producing 831 hp.

The 2023 Mercedes-AMG GT engine is combined with an automatic transmission. But it may not support the all-wheel drive system.
