Jeep Commender Coming to Europe?

Jeep has started testing the camouflaged Commender in Europe.

Last August, Jeep launched its new model Commender in the South American market. We thought this model was only for the South American market. But spy photographers caught the Jeep Commender being tested in Northern Europe. Does this mean the Jeep Commender will become a global model?

Jeep Commender comes to showrooms in Brazil with 7 seats. With its 4769 mm wheelbase, it is among the first choices of crowded families. The 2022 Jeep Commender hits the road with a 1.3-liter engine with 185 hp. On the diesel side, a 2.0-liter turbodiesel producing 170 hp is offered. Transmission options are a six- or nine-speed automatic.

The European version of Jeep Commender may also have a hybrid unit option. Jeep Commender will compete against other electric SUVs in the D segment.
