2023 Honda Civic Type R Revealed

The new 2023 Honda Civic Type R was unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show.

Despite its camouflage, we can see some design details of the new 2023 Honda Civic Type R. An aggressive front bumper and vertical air intakes are located at the front of the vehicle. There is also a honeycomb mesh grille and a ventilated hood.

Looking from the side, we see the Brembo brake system with red calipers and sporty side skirts.

At the rear end, the sporty design continues. It features a prominent rear wing, triple exhaust, a ventilated rear bumper and a modest diffuser.

Among the most striking features in the cabin are red seat belts, red contrast stitching and a six-speed manual transmission with metal gear. The model will also be equipped with sports seats with the Type R logo on the headrests.

Other features of the cabin include honeycomb mesh upholstery, alloy pedals and a 9-inch infotainment system.

The powertrain of the 2023 Honda Civic Type R will be a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 306 hp and 400 Nm of torque.
