The Alfa Romeo Giulia (2023) Gets Electrified-Price Details

Electrification is not stopping at the Alfa Romeo Giulia and is expected to flush a completely new mid-size class to dealers in 2023. Here's what we know about the price!

Alfa boss Jean-Philippe Imparato has decidedly concrete plans for the upcoming Alfa Romeo Giulia (2023): since the "Giorgio" platform of the current Giulia, developed at a cost of several billion, does not support electrification, it will be phased out with the current Giulia and Stelvio. For the next Giulia generation from 2023, the Stellantis STLA-Medium platform will be used instead.

The EDM drive units (ElectricDiveModule) combine the electric motor, transmission, and voltage converter into a single structure. Imparato is certain that there will also be a Quadrifoglio version of the next Giulia. But there will also be dynamic versions below that, such as the Veloce model. It currently has 280 bhp and could easily break the 300 bhp mark in the next generation. In terms of price, Giulia number three is likely to be based on the previous model, which starts at £ 36,595 (as of December 2021).
