With the "Range Extender Unit" kit, perhaps one of the most striking features of this amazing truck-trucks powered by a portable battery pack that can convert the Thundertruck into a six-wheel-drive vehicle, while offering increased payload and towing capacity. The unit adds 91.5 millimeters in length to the pickup and 653 kilograms, but also extends the range on a single charge from 644 kilometers to 1,060.

Wolfgang says this 4×4 pickup would have 800 hp with 1,084 Nm of torque, and 940hp with 1,627 Nm in the 6×6 configuration. According to the agency's founders, the unit could be detached and function as a "Segway-like company vehicle."
