Crash Test Winners: These Are The Safest Cars Of The Year (2022)
Founded by the British Ministry of Transport, Euro NCAP is now a Europe-wide association of car clubs, insurance companies, and government institutions: Euro NCAP is regarded as a particularly renowned organization when it comes to assessing the safety of cars. Among these, Euro NCAP has now chosen the safety winners in various classes - which for the first time included one for electric cars.
The Mercedes EQS won in two classes at once: Upper class and electric car, the Polestar 2 from the Chinese Geely Group (to which Volvo also belongs) follows in each case.
