Alpine Elektrikli SUV: Specifications, price, release date

Using the underpinnings of Renault Group, Alpine is preparing to introduce its new model GT X-Over. The brand's first electric SUV will open a new era for Alpine.

Alpine will invest more than 20 billion Euros until 2030. A large part of the investments will be in electric vehicles. The first of these vehicles is the GT X-over, which is in the Crossover / SUV segment. According to reports, the new model will be produced at the Dippe Factory.

The new GT X-Over is developed on the CMF-EV platform. It will use the same foundations as the Nissan Ariya and Renault Megane E-Tech models. In addition, since it will be an Alpine model, its sportive capabilities will be further developed.

The electric motor that powers Megane E-Tech will also be featured in Alpine GT X-Over. This unit produces a maximum of 130 hp and 250 Nm of torque. For those who want a little more power, there is also a version that produces 218 hp-300Nm of torque. The 60 kWh battery pack offers a range of up to 470 km. Thanks to the 130 kWh fast charging support, it is charged to 80% in 30 minutes.
