While the CMF-B-EV platform (compact class) and CMF-EV platform (SUV) are ready for the other, the electric successor of the A110 is being developed together with Lotus Cars. The subsidiary of Volvo wants to develop successors for both the Elise and Exige models, which are phased out in 2021.

The Lightweight Electric Vehicle Architecture (LEVA) is designed for  2+2-seaters as well as 350 to 650 kW of power and 66 to 100 kWh batteries. The drive is provided by one or two electric motors, i.e. one per axle. We estimate that the new model will come in 2024. we can be curious!
