The angular design language makes the design of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 look particularly futuristic.
Externally, the South Korean electric SUV looks like a compact car. However, with dimensions of around 4.60 meters in length, just under 1.90 meters in width, and 1.60 meters in height, the Ioniq 5 is extremely spacious. The trunk holds 531 to 1,600 liters (with the rear seats folded down). There is an additional storage compartment under the hood with a capacity of just under 60 liters.

The range of the Ioniq 5 is given as a maximum of 384 kilometers. 800-volt technology is used for the battery instead of the usual 400 volts, which enables more efficient charging performance. At public 800-volt fast chargers, the Ioniq 5 can therefore be charged up to 80 percent in less than 20 minutes.
The base model has, among other things, a navigation system with voice control as well as parking assist and radar parking assist on board. Assistance systems such as lane departure warning and blind-spot warning support safe driving.
